Finland
In Finland we have three main locations: Vaasa, Tampere and Helsinki.
Vaasa
Our location in Vaasa is co-located with the Danfoss Drives factory in Vaasa. In total we have 630 employees with 70 dedicated to software and control engineering. Here most of the focus in on software engineering, application engineering and control engineering.
Tampere
Our location in Tampere shares offices with Climate solution and contains 80 employees in total.
Helsinki
Our location in Helsinki is mostly for administrative personnel as well as being the location of head of the global software organization. The offices are shared with employees from all three segments of Danfoss: Power Solutions, Climate Solutions and Drives.

Denmark
In Denmark, the main location for software is in Gråsten. The location is near the southern border of Denmark and close to the Danfoss Headcourter in Nordborg. Gråsten has all developer roles and several global software functions are run out of Gråsten.
With more than 100 employees dedicated to software development ranging from junior developers to senior engineers focused on research, there is a place for any developer with the right drive.
Besides our main offices, we have satellite locations Silkeborg, Kolding and Copenhagen for selected roles.

United States of America
The main location in the US for software is Loves Park IL. The location has about 25 people dedicated to software and control engineering. The organization helps create the next-generation products for Danfoss and we do full-stack product development to serve the needs of our North American customers.

India
In India, all our software personnel is located in the Chennai office. The office is located in the southern part of India on the outskirt of Chennai with approximately 1300 people in the campus. The campus is collocated along the Danfoss Climate Solutions division. There are 50 employees in the software team. The campus includes the manufacturing facility for Danfoss Drives and Danfoss Climate Solutions.

In China we have multiple location with software developers, mainly in Haiyan, Beijing and our new Office in Suzhou. In total we have more than 50+ employees supporting both global and regional functions.
