NeoCharge enables Direct Expansion (DX) systems to run without superheat. In traditional flooded systems, the solution reduces recirculation to the lowest possible rate while maintaining high system performance. How NeoCharge works in DX and recirculation systems 

NeoCharge is a complete solution to optimize industrial refrigeration systems. It includes sensors, control valves, and electronic controller.

In Direct Expansion (DX) systems, NeoCharge eliminates superheat by operating evaporators in a much more stable and controlled way. This means that ammonia returns from evaporators with zero superheat or slightly wet. 

In recirculating systems, the NeoCharge solution delivers a stable and controllable low recirculating ratio regardless of changing conditions. This reduces the ammonia charge by 30-40% in existing systems or even more in new systems.

NeoCharge Controller 

NeoCharge technology, powered by the EKE450, intelligently controls refrigerant flow for optimal cooling performance. This advanced system can operate with either a single injection valve or a full evaporator, ensuring flexibility and adaptability. Its plug n' play design and minimal configuration requirements make installation simple. Plus, built-in safety features guarantee continuous operation, minimizing downtime and maximizing system uptime. 

NeoCharge Sensor 

NeoCharge's Heated Sensor accurately monitors evaporator conditions, providing real-time insights into refrigerant quality. This compact and easy-to-install sensor is ideal for system retrofits, enhancing the performance of existing industrial air coolers.

NeoCharge Valves 

NeoCharge's compatibility extends to traditional pump circulation systems (CCR) with the addition of new PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) function modules. These modules can be easily integrated with existing ICF platforms, offering greater flexibility and application possibilities. The system is also compatible with ICM and AKVA valves, further expanding its versatility.
