The new KBFRG4-05 proportional valve features a market-leading pressure rating (350 bar), and tools to simplify installation and troubleshooting, including built-in health monitoring. Engineered to withstand the toughest conditions, the valves have an IP67 ingress protection rating, and a robust metal housing for increased vibration and shock resistance. The KBFRG4-05 also complies with industry standard certifications including CE, UKCA, REACH and RoHS.

Upgrade to onboard (OBE) electronics

Proportional valves with onboard electronics offer several advantages, including a factory-matched valve and amplifier, which reduces the possibility of selection and installation errors. Installation and setup is faster and easier, with limited user adjustments and reduced electrical cabinet space requirements.

Our KB family of proportional directional valves with onboard electronics (OBE) features superior reliability and durability, IP67 environmental protection and reduced power consumption. With a controller built in, valves with onboard electronics (OBE) do not require an external controller.

KSD direct-acting and KHD pilot-operated servo performance valves.

Engineered to withstand the toughest conditions the new KBFRG4-05 proportional valve features a market-leading pressure rating (350 bar), and tools to simplify installation and troubleshooting.

  • Maximum pressure rating 350 bar; tank 210 bar
  • Higher power capacities with the maximum flow of 290lpm @ 57bar
  • Multiple spool options with various flow ratings
  • CAN communication, configurable control modes using Pro-FX Configure
  • Easier diagnostics through LED indicator
  • Enhanced vibration resistance (7.8g random, 50g shock), IP67 Ingress protection rating with high corrosion resistance option available

Add precision, speed and accuracy to your industrial proportional valve application with Danfoss amplifiers and control cards. These add-ons feature user-friendly front panels with LEDs, so you can easily monitor and adjust card functions. The units provide both voltage and current input signals, with translation to standard, efficient PWM output signals.

To install industrial valves, you need subplates and bolt kits. This hardware is engineered especially for Vickers by Danfoss valves and manifolds to give your systems the flat surfaces and stiffness required for a reliable seal.
