Danfoss motorized shut-off ball valves, type GBC M+MQT, are electrically operated shut-off valves for refrigeration systems, to open and to shut off inner flow path by operating the valve spindle electrically. The GBC M+MQT valves are used in liquid, suction and hot gas lines in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
The solution features GBC M ball valve and MQT actuator. Motorized ball valves are quarter-turn valves combined with MQT fast-responding electric actuator.

Danfoss ball valves, type GBC, are suitable for bi-directional flow. The design, the welding and the sealing material vouch for safe construction. They feature a full port design for very low pressure drop, high tightness and can be delivered with or without external access port.
Key specifications include a broad temperature range from -40°C to 150°C (-40°F to 302°F) and a broad range of connections.
MQT actuators are available for AC/DC 24 V, 95-265 V AC. They offer an automatic on/off (including emergency shut-off), and a responding time lower than 5 seconds.
