Shekhar Kubal leads the global power conversion and electrification portfolio at Danfoss, driving innovation across industrial verticals and marine applications. With more than 30 years of experience spanning R&D, product management, technology leadership, and largescale business operations, he has played a central role in developing next generation power conversion solutions and accelerating Danfoss’ electrification strategy.
Before stepping into his current global role, Shekhar built and scaled the Electrification Business Unit, driving major advancements ingrid ready and high-power conversion technologies. Today, he focuses on advancing efficient, reliable, and future ready power conversion solutions to support the rapid growth of electrification and data center energy systems worldwide.

Daniel Wiesenfeller is Director of Global Data Center Development at Danfoss Drives, where he leads strategic initiatives focused on accelerating the adoption of sustainable, high efficiency solutions in the world’s fastest growing data center markets. Since joining Danfoss in 2017, he has held several commercial and technical leadership roles, including serving as Sales Director for HVAC/R in Europe.
With a background as an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and experience spanning the solar, water & wastewater, and HVAC industries, Daniel brings deep technical insight into the entire ecosystem surrounding modern digital infrastructure. His work centers on advancing next generation data center technologies - from optimizing PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness), WUE (Water Usage Effectiveness), and CUE (Carbon Usage Effectiveness) performance to driving Io based smartbuilding capabilities, edge technologies, and scalable energy efficient architectures.
