Exhaust gas temperature sensors for 2- and 4-stroke engines

The MBT 51xxx program is a heavy-duty temperature sensor portfolio that can be used for measuring and regulating exhaust gas from diesel engines, turbines, and compressors within stationary and marine applications.

The exhaust gas temperature sensors are designed for the performance optimization and environmental impact control of large 2- and 4-stroke engines. MBT 5111 and MBT 5113 are based on thermocouple technology for media temperatures up to 800 °C. MBT 5114 and MBT 5116 are based on a Pt 100/Pt 1000 element technology for standardized signals for media temperatures up to 650 °C.
