What should I do if I’m not a direct customer of Danfoss?
If you’re owning a Danfoss high-pressure pump or energy recovery device but are not a direct customer of Danfoss High Pressure Pumps and wish to take advantage of the Fixed-Price Repair Program, we recommend contacting the OEM or distributor from whom you purchased your Danfoss products. They can facilitate the repair and upgrade process on your behalf.
