Extending the high flow valve to fixed pump applications
Open center solutions for the PVG 128/256 valve family expand the product line for customer applications with a fixed displacement pump. Solutions include a variety of open center inlets, as well as an open center module that can be used for converting an existing closed center system to open center.
Solutions inlcude:
Load sense controlled pressure adjustment spool managing fixed pump flows to 500lpm [132 US gallon].
Adjustable LS controlled full flow main relief valve limiting highest work function load pressure.
Dual shock valve relief ensuring minimal pressure spikes during flow management pressure transitions.
Optional full flow bypass valve reducing horsepower losses while all work functions are in neutral.
Optional on-the-fly open center to closed center selector convenient for quick upgrade from fixed pump to variable pump and carrier aux-function attachment circuits.
Optional pilot pressure shut off providing functional safety in disabling remote controlled work function circuits.
