Improving quality performance and reliability of the EBI production line

As part of our continued focus on reliability, quality, and customer needs, we have strengthened the EBI production line with the installation of a new Cencorp 1000 Evo machine. This machine is one of three in the current production line, with an additional unit already ordered and planned for installation later this year.

The investment supports the production of burner components, where stable processes and consistent quality are critical. By modernizing our production setup, we are ensuring reliable output that helps our customers meet their performance, safety, and efficiency requirements, reflecting a clear Put Customer First mindset.

The Cencorp 1000 Evo mounts electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) with high precision. Components are automatically picked from feeders, cut from pipe, and accurately inserted into the PCB. When required, the machine clinches the component legs on the solder side to ensure secure and consistent mounting. This automated process improves repeatability and reduces manual handling, supporting efficiency and quality in daily operations.

The machine is equipped with a modern camera system that supports accurate positioning and alignment during the insertion process. In addition to meeting current production needs, the technology provides flexibility for future component designs and evolving requirements within the EBI product line.
