At the Annual General Meeting on March 25, Jørgen M. Clausen resigned as Chairman of the Board of Danfoss A/S.
On Friday, Mr. Clausen carried out his last official duty as Chairman of Danfoss with his speech at an unusually emotional Annual General Meeting.
“It has been a pleasure to multiply my parents’ life work several times, for the benefit of Als and Southern Jutland, Denmark and the world.”
Ending a chapter of his life-long dedication and leadership of Danfoss, Jørgen M. Clausen added:
“This has only been possible thanks to the efforts of all our talented and dedicated employees. Without you, we would not have been able to improve productivity and increase investment in research and development,” said Clausen.
