Third consecutive year that Danfoss has been identified as a top employer.

Forbes has recognized Danfoss as one of the World's Best Employers for the third consecutive year. The 2023 list, prepared with market research company Statista, surveyed 170,000 full-time and part-time workers from 50 countries working for multinational corporations and institutions.

Respondents were asked to rate their employer based on criteria such as talent development, remote working options, parental leave benefits, diversity, work-life balance and pride in the product or services the company offers.

Danfoss is ranked number 143 out of 700 companies that received the highest scores, an improvement on last year’s ranking of 204. Great teamwork and strong engagement are considered top criteria for success at Danfoss. People and high performing, diverse teams create results and are the foundation of Danfoss, helping the company’s business strategy come to life.

Ilonka Nussbaumer, Executive Vice President & Head of Group Human Resources, said: “It’s an honor to receive the recognition from Forbes as one of the World’s Best Employers for the third year in a row. Our people are the strong pillar on which we build our strategy. Our aim is to have high-performing, diverse teams who feel valued and respected, all across the globe. While we can all be proud of this recognition, we are also seeing it as an encouragement to continuously aim for further improvements beyond what we have established already.”

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is one of the three step-change initiatives in Danfoss’ ESG ambition. The 44 new Employee Resource Groups across Danfoss are just one example of many platforms that foster an inclusive environment.
