Busworld Europe 2025 is the world’s largest B2B exhibition targeting the bus and coach industry. This year’s event focuses on sustainable transport and the decarbonization of public transportation. Danfoss will showcase its innovative solutions for electric bus thermal management, including BOCK® compressors designed for use with natural refrigerants.

BOCK® Starcompressor – new milestone in electric bus and rail air conditioning

With the BOCK^® StarCO₂mpressor BOCK^® presents a new milestone for mobile CO₂ applications. The core of the CO₂ compressor is its innovative "star" drive gear. This is based on radial piston technology, which is specially designed for transcritical use with the natural refrigerant CO₂ (R744). BOCK^® has decades of expertise in stationary CO₂ compressors and mobile compressors for buses and trains (FK compressors), which are now standard equipment for all well-known manufacturers. Our focus is on compressors for natural refrigerants such as CO₂ (R744), which meet the ever-increasing climate protection requirements both ecologically and economically.

DML/DCL hermetic filter driers, HFC optimized

DML hermetic filter driers are optimized for HFC refrigerants and mineral or benzene oils. Compatible with refrigerants R22, R32, R134a, R404A, R410A, R407C, R23, R600, R600a, R744, R1234yf, R1234ze, R407f, R290, R452A, R444B, R449A, R448A and R450A. This product is approved for R290, R600 and R600a by ignition source assessment in accordance to standard EN13463-1.

EVR® solenoid valves, normally open (NO) or closed (NC)

ETS electric expansion valves

ETS is a series of electric expansion valves for precise liquid injection in evaporators for air conditioning and refrigeration applications. The valve piston and linear positioning design is fully balanced, providing bi-flow feature as well as solenoid tight shut-off function in both flow directions. ETS valves are compatible with electronic control solutions from Danfoss and other manufacturers.
