Apprentices and trainees

Getting started as an apprentice

During the first three months, all newly started apprentices and office students are invited to a joint team building. This is a good opportunity to get to know each other better across education programs.

If you are an apprentice in automation, industrial, or electronics technician, you will continue your course in the apprenticeship workshop after the introduction week. For three weeks, you will work on the basic skills within your field of study.

All other apprentices will go to their workshops after the introduction week, where our education and training managers are ready to welcome you.

Apprentice in production

Get the support you need to learn, grow, and succeed

Individual interviews and competency assessments are held every 6 months to ensure ongoing learning, well-being, and development.

All of our apprentices must, of course, work with the learning objectives of the education and acquire the basic skills within the subject area.

But we are not all the same; perhaps you would like to try many different things, while others would rather immerse themselves in it. That is why it is important that you actively engage in your education, as this helps to create the best possible education course for you.

We collaborate across departments in Danfoss, and there is the possibility of both internal and external secondments.
