DST P070 pressure sensors
DST P070 pressure sensors offer easy installation due to the bi-metal solder tube or female flare pressure interface, using backside MEMS technology in a light and compact design for HVAC applications. With proven quality, confirmed through rigorous testing, the DST P070 offers wide compatibility combined with excellent availability, and is fully ESG compliant, with a European-based production footprint, delivered to our customers with strong support.
Features and benefits
Reliable and robust
With media temperature up to 135 degrees Celsius. Higher media temperatures are possible under limited ambient temperature or upon specific temperature profiles.
Compact and light design
Backside MEMS technology lowers the size and weight of DST P070. The compact bi-metal pressure connection offers the best fit for applications with small and narrow spaces such as heat pumps and other high volume HVAC applications.
Hermetically sealed and fully tested
Validation test series for thermal stress, aging, vibration and combination of temperature and vibration exposure, tightness control with overpressure and helium leak tests, ISO 14903 design validated.
Bi-metal solder tube
Pressure connection made of copper and stainless steel offers better quality weld and braze towards the housing and pipe, slower heat conduction compared to copper and brass, no cooling protection needed during installation, making it quicker and easier.
Sustainable, automated and high-volume localized production
New, high-volume, fully automated production line in Minden, Germany with full traceability on parts and process data. ISO 9001 certified, IATF 16949 quality compliance in place and CO2 neutrality in scope by 2030.
New sustainable packaging
DST P070 pressure transmitter is packed in an environmentally friendly packaging material. By using pulp tray packaging instead of plastic tray, we reduce CO2 emissions and transport volume.
