The core makes the Filter drier absorb water and acids more effectively to prevent corrosion of the compressor’s metal surfaces and ensure that oil and refrigerant do not decompose.

Compatible with refrigerants R22, R32, R134a, R404A, R410A, R407C, R23, R600, R600a, R744, R1234yf, R1234ze, R407f, R290, R452A, R444B, R449A, R448A and R450A. This product is approved for R290, R600 and R600a by ignition source assessment in accordance to standard EN13463-1.

Hermetic bi-flow filter driers, type DMB, are for use in liquid lines on heat pumps. The hermetic bi-flow filter driers have built-in check valves which ensure that refrigerant liquid always flows through the filter drier from the outer side of the filter core towards the center. Thus all dirt particles are retained irrespective of flow direction.
