ANEO retail offers a comprehensive Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) model that enables retailers to subscribe to fully managed technical systems, thereby reducing capital investments while ensuring stable operations, energy efficiency, and professionalized service and monitoring. All on-top of the already strong Danfoss Food Retail products including the Danfoss BOCK® Compressors & Controls Systems.
To realize the market potential, ANEO Retail is taking two strategic steps: Consolidating all Nordic operations – Norway, Sweden, and Denmark – under one umbrella in ANEO Retail International and strengthening their collaboration with Danfoss as a strategic partner and investor bringing both financial strength and deep technical expertise.

Danfoss will invest in ANEO Retail International over the coming years, reinforcing the partnership and enabling joint expansion across the Nordics. The investment will be used to accelerate expansion across the Nordics, strengthen operational capacity, and further develop ANEO Retail's EaaS offering. By combining Danfoss’ technology with ANEO Retail’s operational expertise, the partnership will meet growing demand from grocery retailers seeking smarter and more flexible infrastructure solutions. Today, ANEO Retail monitors and manages energy consumption in over 1,700 grocery stores across the Nordics within their range of services.
