Explore the two Postgraduate Programs
You can choose between two paths designed to match your interests and career ambitions – the Finance Postgraduate Program and the Global Postgraduate Program. Both combine meaningful work with structured development through three eight-month rotations. You’ll begin your journey in Nordborg or Graasten, Denmark, and at least one rotation will take you abroad.
Each program gives you the chance to learn from experts, gain hands-on experience, and see how Danfoss turns ambition into real-world impact.

Support and Growth
We are committed to fostering the growth and success of our postgraduates. Through a combination of hands-on experiences, tailored development opportunities, and dedicated support, we aim to equip our participants with the tools they need to excel at Danfoss.
Kickoff in Denmark
The postgraduate journey begins in Nordborg or Graasten, Denmark, where all participants undertake their first rotation. Here, they take on their initial responsibilities while becoming part of a supportive postgraduate community.
After the first rotation, our postgraduates have the flexibility to shape their next two rotations, allowing them to align their experience with both the program’s learning objectives and their own career goals. This personalized approach ensures a meaningful and targeted development journey.
Mentorship and Buddy
Each participant is paired with an experienced mentor from Danfoss for career guidance and a buddy - a postgraduate one year ahead - who provides practical advice, insights, and networking support.
Development Hubs
The journey at Danfoss begins with a one-week onboarding bootcamp, where participants gain insights into the company’s culture and values.
Throughout the program, they will have access to international development experiences and unique learning opportunities, all designed to accelerate their career growth.
