We’ve designed the product to streamline panel design. Each control panel comes pre-configured with the standard control choices for industrial evaporators, saving you valuable time spent on selecting and communicating evaporator control software and hardware specifications to programmers and electrical panel designers. The advanced panels also feature an intuitive, built-in web server and touchscreen, as well as standard and customized wiring schematics.  

Easy installation  

CoolCtrl evaporator control panels are easy to mount. We’ve separated the AC and DC customer wireways to simplify wiring. The panel hardware layout is compact, with electrician-friendly, well-labeled components and terminals. The control panels can operate and control the evaporators without a main PLC.  

Commissioning like you’ve never seen before 

All control logic is contained within the panel, so you can start commissioning before installing the main PLC. You can see and access all control values and advanced settings from the main system PLC, simplifying programming work. We’ve designed the control algorithms according to all relevant standards and thoroughly tested them, so you can have confidence that the system will work as it should.  

Shedding new light on safety 

CoolCtrl panels contain predefined and tested hot gas defrost control sequences. They comply with IIAR recommendations for hot gas defrost control. The intuitive UI guides you in selecting the correct valves for specific evaporator applications.
