Directional control valves

  • Overview

Reliable, economical, and compact

Get complete control of hydraulic system flow with Danfoss screw-in cartridge directional control valves. Select from a variety of manual control options to meet your design needs, including rotary, lever, push and pull, or opt for pilot-operated or hot-oil shuttle valves.

Benefits - maximum flexibility and minimum space
Pressure rating - up to 350 bar (5,000 psi)
Flow rating - up to 265 L/min (70 gal/min)

Choose your flow control

Select from a wide range of Danfoss directional control valves, including such options as:

  • Manual rotary valve
  • Manual lever valve, spool
  • Manual pull valve
  • Manual push valve
  • Pilot to shift valve
  • Brake sequence
  • Brake release shuttle
  • Sequence

Hardened and ground materials

All operating parts in directional control valves have hardened and ground steel for maximum durability and leak protection.

Enhanced corrosion protection

Danfoss cartridge valves and coils can be supplied with zinc plating, and aluminum manifolds can be anodized to improve corrosion resistance.

Wide variety of standard housing and port options

To maximize potential applications, Danfoss check valves are offered with SAE and BSPP port options in the following configurations:

  • In-line single or dual
  •  SAE, 4-bolt, code 61
  • Close coupled, nipple mounted
  • Gasket mounted single or dual
