DrivePro® Extended Warranty types

Standard Extended Warranty

DrivePro® Standard Extended Warranty prolongs the standard warranty provided under the Danfoss General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

DrivePro® Standard Extended Warranty is intended for drives which can be shipped to and repaired in the Danfoss workshop. The workshop repair is carried out by certified service personnel who are equipped with right tools, original spare parts and instructions, and they follow high quality standards.

On-site Extended Warranty

DrivePro® On-Site Extended Warranty is an additional service offering to the standard warranty provided under the Danfoss General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

DrivePro® On-Site Extended Warranty provides the repair or replacement of the product at the jobsite by a technician free of charge. The on-site repair is carried out by certified service personnel who are equipped with right tools, original spare parts and instructions, and they follow high quality standards.

DrivePro-tection Extended Warranty

In addition to product defect and normal-wear coverage, DrivePro®-tection provides coverage for the following: Line anomalies — including lightning strikes, Load anomalies, Accidental exposure to moisture or corrosives, Accidental collision or other damage.

With DrivePro®-tection Extended Warranty, we support all Danfoss AC drives with a new or active lifecycle status.

When should I order DrivePro®-tection Extended Warranty?

Order DrivePro®-tection Extended Warranty online, by email, or telephone at the same time as you order your new drive.

You can also order DrivePro®-tection Extended Warranty for installed AC drives up to 24 months from the date of manufacture. Contact your local Danfoss Drives sales office for post-shipment warranty options.
