Download the App: Install the MyDrive® Portfolio app for Apple or Android devices below. Already use the app? Open the app on your device and follow instructions to update.

Register your drive assets: Enter your drive serial number and the part/material number or stock code in a short form.
(numbers available on each VLT®, VACON®, or iC® series drive.)

Qualification: Your form will be reviewed and you will be contacted regarding the status of your warranty extension.

FAQ

The registration form is available in the US and Canada as part of a new release. If you do not see the form, go to your app settings and set your region to NAM. If you do not see NAM in your settings, delete the app and reinstall from iTunes or the Google Play Store.

 

Product registration is currently only available in the US and Canada.

 

To qualify Drives must currently be under warranty. Upon validation you will receive confirmation of warranty extension.

 

To qualify, your Drive must currently be covered by an existing Danfoss warranty. Simply fill out the very short form linked at the top of this page, or through the MyDrive® Portfolio App. Your submission will be reviewed by our team to confirm the existing warranty. Upon confirmation you will be contacted regarding the extension. If you do not qualify, we can connect you to the right professionals for alternate means to secure your systems and improve performance.

The additional warranty will extend your current warranty for 12 months. The 12 month extension will begin on the date of expiration of your existing warranty.

You may register drives for your customers, however the registration submission must include the company name, email address, and phone number for where the drives are installed.
