The TE 5 – TE 55 thermostatic expansion valves parts-program has proven its value since it was first introduced in 1964. It is still a popular choice air conditioning systems around the world.

The TE 5 - TE 55 series controls the amount of refrigerant injected into the evaporator.
The replaceable power element is produced with the well-known Danfoss laser welding technology for extended life time.

The TE 5 - TE 55 thermostatic expansion valve family is universal and adaptable, and comes with:

  • A wide capacity range for any kind of air conditioning system
  • Suitable for new and old standard refrigerants (except R 410A and HC-refrigerants)
  • With and without maximum operating pressure (MOP) charge characteristics
