All ADCs are equipped with test facilities that support the testing of units charged with a non-flammable, mildly flammable, and flammable refrigerant. These include, but are not limited to:

R134a and its substitutes: R1234yf, R1234ze, and R513A
The R404A & R407 series and their substitutes: R448A, R449A, R444B, and R455A
R410A and its substitutes: R32, R454B, and R452B
Refrigerants for commercial refrigeration units, including R290, R744, and R600a

At our ADCs, you can access expert support and state-of-the-art test facilities for refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, including test units with flammable refrigerants. We can test applications such as display cases, ice banks, chillers, rooftop units, split systems, multi-split systems, heat pumps, refrigerated transport systems, and various commercial refrigeration systems. If you don’t see your specific application included in this list, please feel free to contact us directly. Our facilities can accommodate a wide variety of applications, so the chances are good that we can work with you.

In general, testing is based on a business case and will not be invoiced.

Each ADC is equipped with state-of-the-art test facilities that meet all general test standards. These include testing standards such as:

American standards: AHRI 210/240, AHRI1230, EN13215, AHRI 340/360, AHRI 550/590, and AHRI 810
European standards: EN14511, EN14825, EN16147, EN13771, EN23953, and EN16825
On request, we can perform tests according to ISO and regional standards
Our ADC based in Oragadam, India is a recognized Intertek Satellite Laboratory and is therefore an ISO17025 Accredited Laboratory.

We also do our best to fulfill any special testing requirements that you might have. Please contact your local sales representative to discuss any specific conditions.

With a signed agreement in place, any customer is welcome to participate in the testing of their own units. We will organize your visit to ensure the confidentiality of your testing.

In order to ensure the highest level of data security, real-time online observations are not possible. Instead, we compile and deliver data sets on an ongoing basis for your review. You can then discuss the results with a Danfoss representative.
