The range of stainless steel products is based on the successful modular concept from the products in the Flexline™ family, covering the SVL valves. The stainless steel products are therefore offer many of the same benefits known from the Flexline™ concept. In certain specific areas such as outdoor applications and corrosive atmospheres, suchas coastal installations, there is a need for high surface protection to prevent failure due tocorrosion.
Today's food safety standards often call for daily treatment with detergents to protect against bacteria growth, again producing a need for high surface protection.
Based on a common housing (angle- or straightway) the function modules in the SVL SS platform offer five different functions: shut-off, check/stop, check, regulating and strainer. All function modules fit in the same housing offering great flexibility and simplicity.
Applicable to HCFC, HFC, R717 (Ammonia), R744 (CO2) and all flammable refrigerants
Suitable for sub-critical CO2 and heat pump systems
Allows for fast and easy service with shared spare parts and modular design
Delivers a smooth opening and closing operation along with very high reliability
Danfoss offers a wide range of stainless steel components, including the new SVL SS Flexline™ series of modular line components. Read brochures for the dairy, fishery, brewery, and meat processing industries.

The SVA-S SS and SVA-L SS shut-off valves in stainless steel are available with DIN and ANSI connections in angleway and straightway versions and with standard neck.
These modular shut-off valves are available with straightway or angleway configurations, a seal cap or hand wheel, butt or socket weld connection types, and in standard or stainless steel.
The stainless steel REG-SA SS and REG-SB SS are angleway and straightway hand-operated regulating valves, which act as normal shut-off valves in closed position.
FIA SS are a range of stainless steel angleway and straightway strainers, which are carefully designed to give favourable flow conditions.
SCA-X SS are check and stop valves in stainless steel with a built-in stop valve function. SCA-X SS are available in angleway versions. The valves are designed to open at very low differential pressures, allow favorable flow conditions and are easy to disassemble for inspection and service. SCA-X are equipped with vented cap and have internal backseating enabling the spindle seal to be replaced whilst the valve still under pressure.

Part of Danfoss' ICV Flexline™ platform, ICS pilot-operated servo valves regulate pressure, temperature, and ON/OFF functions in refrigeration systems. Incredibly versatile, ICS valves can be used on the high and low pressure sides, in wet and dry suction lines, and in liquid lines without phase change.
ICM motor-operated valves, part of Danfoss' ICV Flexline™, regulate the expansion process in liquid lines and control pressure or temperature in wet and dry suction lines and hot gas lines. Compact and lightweight, ICM valves are easy to handle, install, and service.
Part of Danfoss' ICV Flexline™ series, ICLX valves are two-step servo-operated main valves with pilot solenoid valves that are used in suction lines for opening against high differential pressure in industrial refrigeration systems.
Unmatched freedom is the keyword of ICF Flexline™ valve stations. As part of the Flexline™ platform, these valve stations are based on a unique modular concept.
The SVL Flexline™ 52 Bar product platform is targeted to meet industrial refrigeration requirements worldwide.
