FAQ

I already have the app but do not see the registration form

The registration form is available in the US and Canada as part of a new release. If you do not see the form, go to your app settings and set your region to NAM. If you do not see NAM in your settings, delete the app and reinstall from iTunes or the Google Play Store.

I do not reside in the United States or Canada, how do I register my Drives?

Product registration is currently only available in the US and Canada.

My Drive is out of waranty, can I qualify for the Drive extension?

To qualify Drives must currently be under warranty. Upon validation you will receive confirmation of warranty extension.

How do I qualify for a free 12-month extension of my warranty?

To qualify, your Drive must currently be covered by an existing Danfoss warranty. Simply fill out the very short form linked at the top of this page, or through the MyDrive® Portfolio App. Your submission will be reviewed by our team to confirm the existing warranty. Upon confirmation you will be contacted regarding the extension. If you do not qualify, we can connect you to the right professionals for alternate means to secure your systems and improve performance.

What type of warranty programs does Danfoss offer?

My Drive still has a few months left on the current warranty. How will the extension be applied?

The additional warranty will extend your current warranty for 12 months. The 12 month extension will begin on the date of expiration of your existing warranty.

I purchased Drives for my customer, can I register a Drive on their behalf?

You may register drives for your customers, however the registration submission must include the company name, email address, and phone number for where the drives are installed.

Which Danfoss Drives are eligible for this offer?

All VLT® and VACON® low voltage drives qualify for this offer. Medium Voltage Drives are not eligible for the warranty extension.
