Danfoss Gaswarngeräte basieren auf einer digitalen Plattform mit multiplen Kommunikations- und Integrationsoptionen, die für eine verbesserte Betriebssicherheit, einfache Kalibrierung und höhere Wartungseffizienz sowie gute Wirtschaftlichkeit und die Erfüllung gesetzlicher Auflagen sorgen.
Die Danfoss Gaswarngerätelösung bietet höchste Flexibilität bei der Konzeption und Installation Ihres Gaswarnsystems. Das Sortiment reicht von einfachen bis hin zu Heavy-Duty-Modellen und wird durch ein Zubehörangebot noch weiter ergänzt.
Die Gaswarngeräte können ein breites Spektrum an Kältemittelgasen erkennen, einschließlich Ammoniak (R717), CO2 (R744), fluorierte Kältemittel (HCFC und HFCs) und Propan (R290). Sie verfügen über eine Vielzahl an Sensortechnologien, um sich den spezifischen Kältemitteln, Anwendungen und Sicherheitsanforderungen des Kältesystems anzupassen, wie u. a. elektrochemische (EC), Halbleiter- (SC), Pellistor- (P) und Infrarotsensoren.
Die analoge oder RS485 Modbus-Verbindung ermöglicht die einfache Kommunikation mit einem Zentralsystem. Eigenständige Gaswarneinheiten mit integrierten Relais sind erhältlich und können direkt mit externen Systemen verbunden werden, um Warngeräte zu aktivieren. Für eine solide Plug-and-Play-Lösung werden alle Gaswarngeräte werksseitig vorkonfiguriert, um den Kältemittel- und typischen PPM-Einstellungsanforderungen zu entsprechen. Die PPM-Einstellungen können je nach nationaler Gesetzgebung variieren.

Funktionen und Vorteile
Werksseitig vorkonfigurierte Gaswarngeräte, die auf das Kältemittel und die erforderlichen typischen PPM-Einstellungen abgestimmt sind. (*Abhängig von den nationalen Vorschriften können sich die PPM-Einstellungen ändern.)
Integrierte Kalibrierungsroutine – die Justierung mit Kalibriergas ist nicht länger mit dem Einsatz von Potentiometern und Multimetern verbunden.
