Heating mats

The outdoor heating mats are designed for melting ice and snow and may be installed into special mastic for ground, grass and asphalt constructions. Mats are available in different lengths for two power supply options: 230 and 400 V.

The heating mats are also recommended for installation under artificial grass (e.g. football fields).

DEVIasphalt™ / ECasphalt

DEVIasphalt™ / ECasphalt ready-made heating cable mat is an extremely high-quality, 360°, fully screened, twin conductor cable with a very robust outer sheath (UV resistant) fixed on the plastic mesh. It is designed especially for embedding directly into max. 240°C mastic or asphalt concrete (road asphalt).

DEVIsnow™ / ECsnow ready-made heating cable mat is an extremely high-quality, 360°, fully screened, twin conductor, heating cable with a tough outer sheath (UV resistant) fixed by plastic tapes. Its round profile and robust construction ensure a fast, simple, and safe installation on the ground

Heating Cables

Heating cables are used for a variety of applications, including indoor comfort floor heating and total heating both for small houses as well as large commercial buildings.
Heating cables are mostly used in connection with new building or larger renovation projects.

Self-limiting cables

Self-limiting heating cables are designed with a temperature-dependent resistant element between two parallel copper bus wires. When the bus wires are connected to the mains, a current goes through the temperature-dependent resistant element which will then heat.

Analogue controllers

Analogue controllers are thermostats with temperature sensors allowing you to switch the system on and off depending on settings.

Analogue Thermostats

Analogue thermostats are electronic control units allowing setting the heating system type and adjustment of control parameters.

Digital controllers

EH Plugin for AutoCAD

The Plugin supports your engineering and design journey by making your work faster due to simple functionalities in calculating all lengths, dimensions and product data of cables and mats. It covers all applications within Electric Heating projects: Electric floor heating, Ice & Snow melting systems, Pipe tracing, Cold stores, Sport fields, Vineyards etc.
By utilizing Plugin, you will reduce design time for the project, provide all necessary information for installers in HTML/PDF format: BoM, resistance value check list, warranty list format. It means all project information can be consolidated in one file.

Plugin can be used with AutoCAD 2021.

Warranty

At Danfoss, it is important for us to deliver high-quality products with long-lasting effects. Should you, against all expectations, experience a problem with your product, Danfoss offers a warranty for electric heating products valid from the date of purchase that was no later than 2 years from production date.

Depending on the product, the product guarantee is valid for two years, five years, or twenty years.

Product warranty covers costs for:

transportation costs
