Nauwkeurige en krachtige prestaties
VACON® NXP Air Cooled frequentieregelaars bieden nauwkeurigheid en vermogen voor toepassingen die robuuste en dynamische prestaties moeten leveren. Ze zijn leverbaar in een volledig vermogensbereik tot 2 MW en worden ofwel op de wand gemonteerd, ofwel geleverd als vrijstaande modules in een IP 00-behuizing. De frequentieregelaars bieden geoptimaliseerde motorregeling voor inductie- en permanentmagneetmotoren, en ook direct aangedreven toepassingen en parallelle oplossingen voor motoren met een hoog vermogen. Dankzij de snelle veldbusopties en de uitzonderlijk flexibele programmering kunt u de frequentieregelaars eenvoudig integreren in het automatiseringssysteem van elke installatie. De technische installatietijd en -kosten vallen lager uit dankzij het grote aantal standaardopties en de verminderde complexiteit van het systeem.

Eenvoudig te integreren in het automatiseringssysteem van elke installatie dankzij de snelle veldbusopties en de uitzonderlijk flexibele programmering
De investeringskosten zijn minimaal, omdat u geen externe modules nodig hebt en de frequentieregelaars worden geleverd met vijf ingebouwde uitbreidingsslots voor extra I/O-, veldbus- en functionele veiligheidsopties
Snelle respons op veranderingen dankzij de dynamische vectorregeling met en zonder terugkoppeling
De DC-ventilatoren van de frequentieregelaar voldoen aan de ErP-2015 richtlijn inzake het verminderen van ventilatorverliezen en verbeteren de betrouwbaarheid en de levensduur van de ventilator aanzienlijk
De levensduur van de frequentieregelaar en de kritische componenten wordt verlengd, dankzij de gecoate printkaarten die betrouwbare bescherming bieden tegen stof en vocht
