Unlike many other manufacturers of floor heating manifolds offering ready-mounted manifold sets, we offer a wide range of high-quality components to make one yourself. This way you can choose the components based on requirements and establish the best possible manifold suited for the job.

The core of any manifold is the supply mounted distributor and return mounted collector. These are proved as sets. You can choose between sets with or without flow meters on the distributor and with standard or pre-setting control valves in the collector. The flow meters and pre-setting control valves help you to achieve a proper hydronic balance in the system. Thermal actuators on the control valves allow electronic room temperature control.

To establish the manifold according to requirements, accessories such as manual and automatic air vents, shut-off valves and mounting bracket complete the portfolio.

The dimensions of the manifolds and accessories perfectly match with our mixing-shunts (sold separately) to make a complete low-temperature floor heating distribution unit.

Features and benefits

Components provide flexibility: Not every floor heating system has the same requirements. With our components you can establish a manifold according to your needs.

Quality avoids issues: Avoid any risk of corrosion and leakages in a floor heating system by using high-quality materials only. We only use brass produced according to the CW617N standard.

Testing minimizes failures: All manifold components are pressure, temperature and capacity tested to achieve a solid system for years to come.

Simplified pre-setting: Avoid warm-up complaints by hydronic balancing the system at all times. We make the pre-setting easy. Danfoss ‘throttle’ pre-setting requires no tools, is accurate, visible for checking and constructed from one piece (valve with integrated seat instead of a seat inside the manifold collector).

Made to match mixing shunts: The dimensions of the manifolds and mixing shunts match exactly so you can establish a low-temperature floor heating distribution unit according to your needs.

Danfoss floor heating mixing shunts establish a water temperature low enough to safely be distributed through the floor heating system. It’s designed to fit the FH manifolds and mixes the warm supply temperature with colder floor heating return flow to the required floor heating supply temperature.

To ensure hydronic (water based) underfloor heating or cooling systems achieve the expected high level of comfort and low energy consumption, good room temperature controls are essential. They control the room or floor temperature to avoid overheating. For optimal comfort each room has it's own room thermostat.
