Krachtige prestaties in extreme omstandigheden
De VACON® NXP Liquid Cooled frequentieregelaars hebben een uitstekende verhouding tussen vermogen en omvang. Ze zijn ideaal voor toepassingen waar ruimte kostbaar is of waar luchtkoeling moeilijk toepasbaar is. Zware industrieën in veeleisende omstandigheden, zoals de maritieme, offshore en mijnbouwsector, profiteren van het compacte ontwerp en de robuuste betrouwbaarheid van deze frequentieregelaar. U kunt watergekoelde frequentieregelaars in veel combinaties gebruiken, van één speciale frequentieregelaar tot grootschalige systemen met common DC-bussystemen. Deze volledig gestandaardiseerde frequentieregelaars zijn uitgerust met tal van functies, benutten de ruimte optimaal en minimaliseren de totale levenscycluskosten.
Omdat het eenvoudig is om voor deze frequentieregelaars een hoog beschermingsniveau (IP 54 of hoger) te realiseren, kunt u ze bijna overal in een installatie of op een schip installeren. Daarbij worden airconditioningsystemen in elektrische ruimtes niet belast, wat kosten en installatietijd bespaart, terwijl ook installatie achteraf eenvoudig te realiseren is.
Snel en eenvoudig onderhoud. Functies zoals Safe Torque Off (STO) en Safe Stop 1 (SS1) verbeteren de veiligheid en gecoate printkaarten verbeteren de betrouwbaarheid.
NXA, NXN, NXB en NXI configuraties
Er zijn configuraties leverbaar met active front-end (NXA), niet-regeneratief front-end (NXN), remchopper (NXB) en inverter (NXI). Meer informatie over deze configuraties vindt u in de VACON® NXP Common DC Bus Selectiegids (in het Engels).
