I nostri scambiatori di calore a piastre saldobrasate (BPHE) offrono una soluzione compatta e flessibile progettata per prestazioni ultra-efficienti per le vostre applicazioni ad alta pressione o a temperature estreme.
Che cosa ne consegue?
I costi di esercizio ridotti e le elevate prestazioni rendono gli scambiatori di calore a piastre saldobrasate una scelta ottimale, anche se il vostro impianto presenta grandi sbalzi di temperatura, o pressione variabile o costante.
Personalizziamo i nostri scambiatori di calore saldobrasati in base alle specifiche del cliente. Offriamo una scelta di materiali di brasatura in rame, CoResist o acciaio inossidabile. Le nostre piastre a spina di pesce e Micro Plate™ sono disponibili in diverse ondulazioni adatte a qualsiasi attività. Il design adattabile dei nostri scambiatori di calore saldobrasati rende possibile una varietà di opzioni di connessione (numero di connessioni, tipologie e posizioni). La quantità ottimale di piastre in un gruppo piastre viene determinata in base alle specifiche dell'applicazione.

Tecnologia a spina di pesce
I nostri scambiatori di calore saldobrasati, basati sulla tecnologia a spina di pesce, sono un prodotto storico e si adattano perfettamente ad applicazioni con temperature o pressioni elevate. È inoltre in grado di funzionare con fluidi piuttosto viscosi, grazie a un maggiore spazio tra le piastre. Le piastre a spina di pesce hanno in genere una caduta di pressione inferiore rispetto alla tecnologia Micro Plate™.
