Funcionalidade integrada para controle aprimorado
Embora extremamente compacto em tamanho, o VACON® 20 vem com funcionalidade para ajudar a melhorar o desempenho do sistema e a eficiência de custo.
Instalação e configuração rápidas são possíveis devido aos terminais de fácil acesso, montagem integral em Trilho DIN e ferramenta de cópia de parâmetros que consegue clonar a configuração sem a necessidade de rede elétrica. A lista de parâmetros pode ser modificada livremente e a configuração padrão e os conjuntos de parâmetros específicos podem ser criados. A funcionalidade do PLC significa que a lógica de controle individual pode ser incorporada ao drive e que as opções de E/S não utilizadas podem ser usadas para outras tarefas relacionadas à máquina.
A interface RS485 incorporada fornece uma interface serial de controle simples e econômica para o drive. Com módulos opcionais, o VACON® 20 pode ser conectado a praticamente qualquer sistema fieldbus baseado em RS485 ou Ethernet, incluindo Profibus DP, CANOpen, DeviceNet, Profinet E/S, EtherCAT, Modbus TCP/IP e Ethernet IP.
Disponível em todas as tensões comuns e em uma ampla faixa de potência, o VACON® 20 otimiza o desempenho de, por exemplo, aplicações de movimento vertical, embalagem, manuseio de materiais e controle de fluxo em várias indústrias de processo em todo o mundo.
