Safety comes first at Danfoss, and as the confirmed cases of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) continue to grow and spread worldwide we think first and foremost about the safety of our Danfoss employees and our customers.
At the moment, our deliveries are operating normally. We have made special arrangements in our factories to ensure that our production runs as smoothly as possible while respecting the safety of our employees. The situation varies every day and there might be delivery changes for some particular products.
Because of the current situation, our sales and office personnel are mostly working from home at the moment. Even if we cannot meet face to face, we will continue to serve our customers by phone and by email, and also via Microsoft Skype and Teams if possible.
