Facile integrazione, massima flessibilità

La gamma di convertitori di frequenza VACON® NXP Common DC bus include una serie di unità front-end, gruppi di inverter e chopper di frenatura grazie ai quali è possibile utilizzare efficacemente e redistribuire tutta l'energia.

I componenti Common DC bus possono essere impiegati in svariate combinazioni. In un sistema common DC bus rigenerativo, l'unità Active Front End genera potenza e la ritrasferisce alla rete elettrica. Questo sistema è perfetto per i processi in cui occorre frenare spesso e la potenza di frenatura è relativamente elevata. Nei sistemi non rigenerativi la potenza di frenatura viene invece ridistribuita agli altri convertitori di frequenza del sistema, e l'eventuale potenza in più può essere dissipata sotto forma di calore utilizzando un chopper di frenatura opzionale e resistenze di frenatura. Questa è una soluzione ideale per piccole linee di produzione in cui la richiesta di frenata non è frequente.

Configurazioni NXA, NXN, NXB e NXI
Sono disponibili le configurazioni Active Front End (NXA), Front End non rigenerativo (NXN), chopper di frenatura (NXB) e Inverter (NXI).
