Til industriel køling med behov for høj overfladebeskyttelse

Den nye serie af produkter i rustfrit stål er baseret på det succesrige modulkoncept fra produkterne i Flexline™-serien, der omfatter ICV-, ICF- og SVL-ventiler. De rustfri stålprodukter tilbyder derfor mange af de samme fordele, som er kendt fra Flexline™-konceptet. I visse specifikke områder som udendørs applikationer og korrosive atmosfærer, som f.eks. kystinstallationer, er der behov for høj overfladebeskyttelse for at forhindre fejl på grund af korrosion.

I dag betyder sikkerhedsstandarder for fødevarer ofte, at der skal gøres dagligt rent med rengøringsmidler for at beskytte varerne mod bakterievækst, hvilket ligeledes skaber et behov for at beskytte overflader effektivt.

Indsatserne i SVL-platformen er baseret på et fælles hus (vinkel eller ligeløb), og de byder på fem forskellige funktioner: stop, regulering, stop-kontra, kontra og filter. Alle funktionsmoduler passer i det samme hus, hvilket giver fremragende fleksibilitet og enkelhed.

SVA-S SS og SVA-L SS

Afspærringsventilerne SVA-S SS og SVA-L SS i rustfrit stål fås med DIN- og ANSI-tilslutninger i vinkelløbs- og ligeløbsversioner og med standardhals.

SCA-X SS-kontra- og stopventiler i rustfrit stål

SCA-X SS er kontra- og stopventiler i rustfrit stål med indbygget stopventilfunktion. SCA-X SS fås i vinkelløbsversioner. Ventilerne er udviklet til at åbne ved meget lave differenstryk og give gunstige flowbetingelser og er lette at afmontere med henblik på kontrol og service. SCA-X har en ventileret hætte og et internt kontrasæde, der gør det muligt at udskifte spindelforsejlingen, mens ventilen stadig er under tryk.

FIA-SS-filter

FIA SS er en serie af vinkel- og ligeløbsfiltre i rustfrit stål, som er omhyggeligt udviklet til at give gode flowbetingelser.

Reguleringsventiler – REG-SA SS og REG-SB SS

REG-SA SS og REG-SB SS i rustfrit stål er håndbetjente vinkelløbs- og ligeløbsventiler, der fungerer som normale afspærringsventiler i lukket position.
