Coolselector subscription terms

Your personal data is safe with us. It will never be shared with anyone who has not a direct purpose of fulfilling your business requirements. By signing up, you give your consent to Danfoss for the purpose of (i) Fulfilling your service request (ii) Marketing Information of Coolselector updates, products, solutions and services (iii) Newsletters about e.g. updates, products, news (iv) Verification and identification purposes.

When you sign up to receive information from us, we will save your personal data in order to personalize the content, which we will be sending to you. To be able to tailor your experience and provide information, which is valuable to you, we are profiling you to get to know your interests and preferences. We do this by utilizing cookies and tracking, if you don’t want to be profiled, you should unsubscribe from receiving information from Danfoss.

To be able to block bots that try to automatically sign up to receive information from us, we will be registering the IP address of all new subscribers. Your personal data might be processed outside EU, where it is also protected according to Danfoss’ high standards.

We will store your data as long as (i) you are signed up to receive information from us or (ii) you have a business relationship with us. When that is no longer the case, we will keep your data for one year. At any given time, you can unsubscribe from receiving information from us, using the unsubscribe link, which is present in every communication we send to you.
