Designed for quick-service restaurants, institutional kitchens, and other food service businesses such as cafés and bakeries, AK-EC Lite helps reduce commissioning time, simplify maintenance, and improve visibility across connected equipment.

AK-EC Lite is available for pre-ordering starting November 2026, with initial delivery from January 2027.

Device integration and connected equipment

Connect Danfoss and third-party devices using factory device models, device scanning, manual add-on, and standard communication protocols. This includes support for Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP/IP for smooth integration across devices and systems.

Responsive web interface

Access AK-EC Lite from a laptop, tablet, or smartphone through a built-in HTML5 web interface. Device lists and detail views, site overviews, alarms, graphs, and settings are available directly in the system.

Alarm management and notifications

Manage active and cleared alarms, configure alarm severity and routing rules, and receive notifications through multiple channels.

Historical trends and troubleshooting

Use historical graphs to analyze system performance, compare parameters, identify patterns, and support troubleshooting.

Reporting

Generate scheduled or on-demand reports in PDF or CSV formats to support maintenance, compliance, and operational decisions.

Device overview and customization

Create customized system overviews and user experiences tailored to each installation. Customize device views, parameter descriptions, log frequency, alarm descriptions, severity levels, device categories and labels, overview visibility, as well as import, export, broadcast, and reset configurations.

User management and secure access

Control access and visibility settings through role-based permissions and account management features.

System management and maintenance
