JS1 heavy duty joysticks

The JS1-H family of heavy-duty joysticks provides you with a wide portfolio of ergonomically designed, modular components, all fully compliant with the PLUS+1® toolbox.

The flexible design brings intelligent joystick solutions, which provide safety, reliability, and performance. These ensure every job is done efficiently, well, and in perfect comfort for machine operators.

With the newly created JS1 “RO” software option, the joysticks are ready to plug and perform with Danfoss pumps.

MP1 closed circuit axial piston pumps

The Danfoss MP1 is the next evolution in closed circuit axial piston pumps. No matter what industry you serve MP1 pumps offer the performance needed for today's small- to medium-sized equipment.

MP1 pumps are available in four displacements 28, 32, 38, and 45 cc/rev which come in two different frame sizes. The 28,32 displacements are in the small MP1 frame size and the 38,45 displacements are in the large MP1 frame size.

Applications

Sweeper

Many machines only require a simple propelled control. One example can be small utility tractors using a broom for sweeping snow or even a snowblower. These types of machines require control to maneuver even the tightest spaces and around traffic.

Fairway mower

For large commercial mowers, it's important to have good regulation of the ground speed. This creates nice patterns as you cut the grass giving a professional look to the grounds. The combination of the joystick along with the MP1 pump provides predictable regulation of ground speed, perfect for commercial mowers.

Dumper

The dumper is another example of a machine that requires smooth and predictable control of ground speed. Load dependent control, or NFPE, is best suited for this type of application. The perfect match between the MP1 pump and JS1 joystick allows the operator to achieve extremely smooth acceleration and deceleration, even when the hopper is full, while not spilling as it moves around the job site.

Milling machine

Many machines have auxiliary functions, in addition to propel, that require good regulation of the speed. Milling machines typically have one conveyor and one set of augers which move the material away from the road as it's cut. The match between the MP1 pump and JS1 joystick provides very precise control of these functions without adding a complex control system.

Double drum roller

Double drum rollers require good regulation of the ground speed to ensure that proper compaction is achieved. With the match between the MP1 pump and JS1 joystick you not only can get good regulation of the ground speed but can also select the points where the vibration circuits turn on and off.

Conveyor

Conveyors are found all over construction sites, in mines, and many industrial settings. The one thing they have in common is the need for good speed regulation where this perfect match is ideal. With this type of machine, where the operator is in the loop and watching the amount of material on the conveyor and regulating the speed accordingly to how much the conveyor is loaded, precise control is necessary.
