Terms and Conditions: District Energy Academy by Danfoss - Quiz
1. Organizer
All legal matters concerning »District Energy Academy by Danfoss - Quiz« (»Quiz«), as set forth in the terms and conditions below, relate to and fall under the jurisdiction of Danfoss A/S, located at Nordborgvej 8, 6430 Nordborg, Denmark (“Danfoss”).
The organizer of the quiz is Danfoss.
2. Who can participate?
Participation is the quiz is not limited – the Quiz is open for the public. By taking part in the Quiz, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
3. How can you participate?
By answering questions inside the Quiz.
4. Prizes and selection of winners:
There is no prize being drawn in this quiz.
5. Protection of personal data
The organizer undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the personal data transmitted and to not process, use or distribute it to third parties without the express permission of the participant in the competition. The personal data will be carefully guarded and used by Danfoss A/S in accordance with the law and only for the purpose for which they were obtained. By participating in the Competition you consent to the publication of your name and your country of residence.
6. Legal terms
The competition, terms and conditions are governed by Danish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish Courts.
Danfoss reserves the right to close the Quiz at any time.
7. Taxation
Danfoss may be asked by tax authorities to disclose the identity of the offer entrants and the monetary value of products received. Please note that the prize, depending on national taxation laws, may be taxable. It is the responsibility of the winners to pay taxes on goods or services in accordance with applicable taxation laws. Danfoss assumes no obligation to the entrants in relation to the transfer of the offers or the reporting of said offers to the authorities, and the installation company and contest users hereby waive all future claims against Danfoss in this regard.
8. Complaints
Complaints concerning the use of data must be directed to Danfoss A/S and/or the Danish Data Protection Agency at Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 Copenhagen, Denmark.
