With TXV Superheat Tuner, installers can take the guesswork out of their superheat adjustments, cutting service time down to just 15 minutes, rather than several hours. With the app in hand, they will be able to optimize superheat with just one or two adjustments on most thermostatic expansion valves.
Using TXV Superheat Tuner is easy. Installers can enter some basic information about the system they are working on, and the app provides valve-specific adjustment information. Using this information, a service tech can boost the system’s energy efficiency far beyond normal parameters, saving their customers money on their monthly energy bill.
TXV Superheat Tuner uses a set of advanced algorithms to make optimization recommendations. These algorithms, developed by some of our best engineers, take multiple factors into consideration, beyond the basic sensitivity of each valve.
