Danfoss industrial refrigeration components: one supplier for everything

15 September 2014

Danfoss has made it a clear priority to be able to supply all types of components for industrial refrigeration use - from stainless steel line components to advanced valve stations with multiple functionality inserts, Danfoss delivers it all. At Chillventa, Danfoss presents news from industrial refrigeration program, making the choice of supplier an obvious one.

Having just one place to go for industrial refrigeration components is a significant benefit, and Danfoss' one-stop-shop concept makes constructing, servicing and re-commissioning faster and easier and helps keep the part stock at a minimum, reducing costs and hassle on an everyday basis.

The industrial refrigeration news presented by Danfoss at this year’s Chillventa exhibition are all intended to make selecting the right components much simpler and quicker.

Among the news at Chillventa, Danfoss is presenting two new additions to the well-known Flexline™ platform: The ICF 15-4 valve station and the ICV with flanges for replacement of PM valves.

The ICF 15-4 is compact and light, and it offers the benefits of the innovative ICF Flexline™ valve station range: Modularity, flexibility and suitability for all future and high-pressure refrigerants. Available with different welded connections such as DN 15 and DN 20, the ICF 15-4 comes pre-installed with a stop valve and a strainer. The remaining two ports offer six different configurations. The ICF 15-4 is also available in a flanged version called the ICF EVRAT.

The ICV with flanges is intended for fast replacement of the popular PM valve without having to do any welding. With its flanged connections, the new ICV valve housing drops right in where the PM used to be.

Another exciting product launch from Danfoss, shown at Chillventa, is the new SVL SS Flexline™ range of line components, all in stainless steel. The SVL SS Flexline™ line components are intended for use in highly corrosive environments, where the demand for hygiene and food safety are uncompromising, such as breweries, dairies, fishing vessels and meat processing industries. With this introduction, Danfoss now offers a full stainless steel component program for industrial refrigeration.

Danfoss is also introducing the new EKE 347: The latest generation of the industrial refrigeration’s liquid level controller. It comes with an improved user interface with multi-language support, making better user communication possible.

Finally, the area dedicated to industrial refrigeration will also include the VLT® Refrigeration Drive FC 103: a must for refrigeration applications, thanks to its refrigeration compressor, pump and fan control functions. It lowers life cycle costs significantly by using infinitely variable speed control and an intelligent cooling system that adapts to actual system demand.

At the Danfoss booth at Chillventa, all these product news are presented to the global industrial refrigeration community. They need not look elsewhere for industrial components - Danfoss is the true one-stop shop for all their needs.

For Danfoss, Chillventa 2014 will also be the world premiere of a new visual identity, and the visitors can look forward to a brand new booth design. You will find Danfoss in Hall 4, booth 102 at Chillventa 2014 in Nuremberg, Germany, from the 14th to the 16th of October.
