Innovativt pladedesign optimerer varmeoverførslen

Micro Plate varmeveksleren (MPHE) er ideel til brug i varmepumper, chillere og lukkede styresystemer til kølekapaciteter op til 400 kW/115 TR i enkelte eller dobbelte kredsløb. Deres innovative pladedesign optimerer varmeoverførslen, uanset om det er i kondensatoren eller fordamperen, med høj driftssikkerhed, så der opnås en bedre ydeevne med en lavere kølemiddelfyldning.

Vores nyeste innovation, Micro Plate varmevekslere med Z-design, er fordampere med højere effektivitet. De har plader med forsænkninger, hvilket giver en asymmetrisk kølemiddelcirkulation i et Z-formet mønster for at optimere overfladeområdet og dermed øge varmeoverførslen.

Det nye, revolutionerende Z-mønster

Læs herunder om varmevekslere med Z-designmønster og fordelene herved – fra A til Z. Når HVAC-R-producenter bruger disse varmevekslere, kan de opnå betydeligt bedre økonomisk og miljømæssig ydeevne med høj effektivitet. 

Hemmeligheden bag dette findes i det asymmetriske Z-formede flow. Det er et helt nytænkt plademønster, der flytter grænserne for din fordampers ydeevne. Samtidig bidrager de til at opnå en meget stabil fordampningsproces, hvilket er muliggjort for at reducere kølemiddelmængden og bruge mindre råmateriale i varmevekslerens konstruktion.

Den nye serie anvender et design med forsænkninger, som fremmer et asymmetrisk Z-formet flow af væske henover pladerne. Dette maksimerer ikke blot varmeoverførselsoverfladen, men kølemidlets væske- og dampfaser forbliver også godt blandede, hvilket sikrer jævn varmekontakt med systemets vandside. Der kan derfor opnås den samme varmeoverførselskapacitet, men med færre plader, hvilket reducer både behovet for råmaterialer samt produktvægten. For hver ny generation af varmevekslere har Danfoss forbedret effektiviteten. Denne seneste udvikling har til formål at ændre branchens status quo med 20 % mere effektiv varmeoverførsel, 20 % lavere kølemiddelfyldning og 20 % lavere råmaterialevægt. Alle disse mål er blevet opnået og i nogle tilfælde overgået med fordampere med Z-design til chiller- og varmepumpeapplikationer.

Varmevekslere til fordampere med det nye Z-mønster i chillere, varmepumper og andre køleapplikationer giver mulighed for at skabe nye generationer af systemer til nybygninger eller renovationsprojekter.
