In the spring of 2017, the best candidates for the open positions for Danfoss’ postgraduate program for university graduates will be identified and hired. Right now, Danfoss is searching for ten new candidates to be hired in positions in Germany, Denmark and Finland as part of the Danfoss Postgraduate Program.
And to get in contact with the applicants Danfoss has kicked off an online Danfoss Recruitment Campaign to attract the best talents. The online recruitment challenge includes tests and case-based exercises.
“We are aiming at inviting 30 candidates to Nordborg at the beginning of April for tests, interviews and more challenges. We want to find the best suited ones for the positions,” says Rikke Kruse, Head of the Postgraduate Program in Danfoss.
The new Postgraduates will begin their career in Danfoss in September 2017.
