He became Vice CEO in 2006 and President & CEO in 2008. Niels B. Christiansen was employed as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Co. 1991-95 and Vice President Corporate Development at Hilti Corp. 1995-97. He joined GN Netcom in 1997 and was promoted to President & CEO in 2000. In 2003, he was appointed Group Executive Vice President at GN Store Nord. Niels B. Executive Vice President, Chief Operations OfficerBorn: 31 August 1964Kim Fausing has broad management experience from leading positions in global industrial companies. He joined Danfoss as President of the Danfoss Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Division in 2007. As of January 1, 2008, he was appointed Executive Vice President & COO thus becoming responsible for the Danfoss segments (Climate & Energy Divisions and later Power Solutions), as well as the Danfoss Business System and Global Procurement. Kim Fausing was with the Hilti Corporation from 1990-2006, a family-owned company, which has its headquarters in Liechtenstein and employs more than 21,000 people worldwide. Kim Fausing held a range of international positions at Hilti and, in 2003, he was appointed Division President and member of the Group Executive Management Team at the company’s headquarters. Executive Vice President & Chief Financial OfficerBorn: 3 November 1969Jesper V, Christensen has broad financial and business experience from several different management positions in Danfoss and the former Sauer-Danfoss Inc.He joined Danfoss A/S in 1993 in the Post Rotational Program (today called the Post Graduate Program). In 1998 he was appointed Global Finance Manager in Danfoss Drives and in 2004 Vice President, Financial Services in Danfoss Global Business Services. In 2007 he was appointed Vice President, Finance, IT and HR in Danfoss Motion Controls. In 2009 he became Executive Vice President and CFO in Sauer-Danfoss Inc. A position he held until 2013 where he was appointed Executive Vice President & CFO of Danfoss A/S in connection with the acquisition and integration of Sauer-Danfoss Inc. in Danfoss.Jesper V. Christensen graduated with a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance in 1993.
