CoolCatTM Remedy for "Unable to launch..."

  The below instruction resolves a problem that may occur if your internet connection is depending on certain proxy settings.  The problem will result in an error message saying "Unable to launch CoolCat".
 1: Double-click the Java Web Start icon on your computers desk-top

 2: In the "File" menu, select "Preferences"  
 3: Under the folder "General", click the Proxies setting "None", and click "OK"  

 4: Click "View" in the top menu and select "Downloaded applications". You should now see the CoolCat name sign
