IP66 enclosure for the best protection

The VLT® drives in the power range up to 75 kW (high overload) / 90 kW (normal overload) are available with an IP66 enclosure. This IP66 enclosure provides the best possible protection against dust, damp, moisture and dirt.

Save costs - no extra protection needed

The IP66 enclosure makes it possible to mount the drive close to the motor. Without extra protection against dust, damp, moisture or dirt. Because the IP66 enclosure has a special epoxy coating, the drive is also resistant to aggressive detergents as used in the Food & Beverage industry. 

The IP66 enclosure is available for the VLT AutomationDrive, VLT HVAC Drive and VLT AQUA Drive in the power range up to 75/90 kW.

Quality also means an eye for details. Therefore the enclosure of the IP66 drives is fastened with stainless steel screws that are corrosion resistant. Another example is the fact that these drives can be equiped with a watertight USB-connection.
