Faculty

The DEMI faculty includes teachers with extensive practical experience from energy efficiency projects around the world. 

Our teachers work with EnSave® utility management programmes on a daily basis, mainly in the food and beverage industry. This includes staff training, such as motivation campaigns and general awareness training.

Head of DEMI, Utility Project Manager Harald Karlsen, has trained staff on our EnSave® projects since 2002.

Principal trainer of DEMI

Our Principal Trainer of DEMI is Technical Manager and Utility Expert, Gary R. Trapp

Gary is a graduate of the BSc Energy Engineering course at Napier College Edinburgh, a Corporate Member of the Institute of Energy and a Chartered Engineer. Gary has over twenty years’ experience as an energy consultant and has conducted hundreds of assignments, acting mainly as a project manager.

Gary has been our Principal Trainer of DEMI since 2001. His work with Danfoss Solutions includes a position as utility expert where Gary identifies utility saving solutions for Danfoss’ clients and provides expert advice that enables these utility saving concepts to be realised.
