The energy management training at DEMI will educate you in the following topics:
- Energy management, including montage training, energy management in the company - motivation of people, energy saving strategy
- Energy audit techniques
- Energy saving opportunities in food and beverage plants, including boiler and steam systems, energy saving measures for compressed air and refrigeration principles, water / waste water savings
- Frequency converters VLT for energy saving applications
- Application solutions
Who can participate?
Typically, DEMI trainees are professional engineers but not utility specialists. However, we also train accountants and shift supervisors, etc.
How does DEMI work?
Classroom lectures are combined with individual and group exercises to reinforce learning points. Groups are small (maximum 12 persons) to maintain quality and personal attention. Training takes place over five consecutive days at Danfoss in Graasten. Classroom training is supported by visits to utility saving equipment suppliers and/or manufacturing industry with utility saving programmes.
