Do you offer steam valves complete with coil?
- Answer: Yes, the EV215B and EV225B steam valves we have in complete versions with coil. If you add "84" as an appendix to the code number, you will get a 220-230V 50 Hz version, and a "90" gives you the complete 220V 60 Hz version.
Is it possible to order EV225B solenoid steam valves without coil?
- Answer: Yes, you just add the appendix 99 to the valve code number, and buy the coil separately.
Can I use the EV220B solenoid valves for steam applications?
- Answer: Yes, you can use the EV220B (sizes 15-50) in EPDM versions for low pressure steam not exceeding 140 °C. For higher steam temperature you should use the EV215B or EV225B valves.
I work with steam and the Danfoss solenoid valve EV225B does not have enough flow. Can you recommend another option?
- Answer: Our AV210 angle seat valve will be the right choice. It is angle seated, works ok with steam and has a very good flow. You just need to check if your system has compressed air to control the AV210 valve.
