Danfoss Success at CLIMATIZACION 2007

Between February 28th and March 3rd, Feria de Madrid hosted CLIMATIZACION 2007, the International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation and Refrigeration Exhibition, which at its twelfth occurence, has consolidated its position as the leading point of reference for the air-conditioning sector and one of the most outstanding trade events for the heating and refrigeration industry.

The exhibition presented its largest edition ever, with the participation of 2,025 companies, of which 800 were direct exhibitors. These figures represent an increase of 20.6% compared to the last edition.

Danfoss Spain had a prominent place at the exhibition and the booth was a meeting point for thousands of professionals from the sector, who had the opportunity to see the latest products, news and solutions not only from Danfoss Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, but also from Danfoss Heating and Danfoss Electrical Floor Heating Systems.

The showcase offered by Danfoss Refrigeration and Air Conditioning displayed amongst others; the ICF Flexible Valve. This flexible and compact control solution for Industrial Refrigeration plants, was selected by a Jury for the Innovation Gallery Showcase at Climatización 2007. Other products were: OPTYMA and OPTYMA PLUS; the widest range of hermetic condensing units in the market, GEEPTM - the new platform of R404A compressors for a wide range of commercial refrigeration applications, Scroll range from 3 up to 30 Tons; a full range of Scroll Compressors for R410A. Running in parallel with the exhibition, CLIMATIZACION 2007, hosted a Programme of Technical Conferences under the framework “Foro Clima”, where the current state of the industry was up for debate. At the event, Mr. Félix Sánz from the Technical Support Organization at Danfoss Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Division, held a conference on “Hot gas defrost”.

Within the Innovation Gallery Showcase, Danfoss was the chosen company for the Refrigeration Sector, for its ICF Flexible Valve Solution.
